Marinate the chicken with salt, turmeric, onion ginger garlic paste,sliced tomato, mustard sauce and curd for ten minutes
Heat a Kadai with oil then add fennel seeds ,cardamom and clove and stir it. Then add chopped onion fry well till it turns light brown colour.
Then add chicken and mango slices, chillis, red chillies, cumin powder and coriander powder and mix it well. Add salt to taste and sugar mix thoroughly, cook low flame and cover it till the chicken is soft. Sprinkle mint leaves and serve with rice.
