Instructions
Peel ginger and roughly cut into pcs. Chop ginger in chopper or cut into fine small pcs.
Spread chopped ginger on flat plate and keep it in direct sunlight till the ginger dry up completely and are crispy enough.
Once dried completely, grind in mixer grinder jar to form fine powder. Freshly prepared ginger powder is ready to be used in gravies, sweet, desserts.
