Instructions
In a pan add water and boil hibiscus flowers and palm sugar.
Strain and let it cool
Add the crushed mint leaves and lemon juice.
Mix well and serve.
Notes
if you add palm sugar , you will get the dark brown colour.
If u add white sugar , you will get red colour juice.
