People love mangoes very much. But many doesnot eat as Mangoes contains much calories bcos of sweetness in it. But we can have Mangoes in the form of Lassi. Mangoes and curd mixed.
Peel the ripe Mango. Wash it and chop it. Put it in the mixing jar by adding curd, water and black salt. water should be 1 glass. Garnish it with mint leaf if you want.
Mango lassi is ready to have it in luch, breakfast or as in brunch.
