First cut roti and bread in traingle or any shape and deep fry till crisp or you can air fry it too.
Then peel potato and shallow fry till crisp and season it with salt and red chilli powder.
Roughly Chop tomato,onion and green chilli.
For tamarind chuttney in a pan add jagery and water and then add tamrind pulp and simmer it till thicken then add salt,black salt,black pepper,cumin powder and mix.
For serving in a plate first add potatoes and sprouts ,tomato,onion green chilli , then put roti and bread on top of it and then add tamrind chutney.
Then sprinkle sev and chaat masala or you can also add pomegranate seeds.
Notes
serve prepared chaat immediatley to avoid soogyness.
You can and chapati of whole wheat flour ,multigrain flour or any else if your choice.
