Instructions
Slice the brinjal into thin slices. Keep aside.
Make a batter using rest of the ingredients except the oil.
Heat oil in a kadhai. Dip the brinjal slices in the batter and deep fry the brinjal.
Serve with some chaat masala powder sprinkled on top.
