Paan masala ice-cream is very famous in my family. It's taste is very yummy and delicious. It's good for digestion and also a superb mouth freshener.

Instructions
In a wok add milk and boil it on medium flame until reduced half in quantity.
In a mixer jar add chopped paan leaves, cardamom, fennel seeds, almonds, sugar, gulkand and make paan masala.
Now add paan masala in reduced milk and boil it for 2 minutes.
Let it cool completely.
Transfer into the ice-cream box and cover with lid.
Keep it freezer for 8 hours. After 8 hours our paan masala ice-cream is ready to serve.
