Instructions
Wash the prawns with little lemon juice, turmeric powder and salt.
When we heat the prawn it takes a round shape. That's why here I prick the prawns with tooth pick to keep straight
Marinate with turmeric powder, salt, lemon juice, cumin powder, chili powder, ginger, garlic paste and rice flour.
Heat mustard oil in a frying pan after smoking fry the prawns.
Don't over cook it will be rubberized, it should be soft inside.
Serve with rice and prawn curry.
