Crisp Potato /Aloo Fry

This Potato fry is a very easy, simple and quick recipe. It is a soul food prepared with minimal ingredients which are easily available in our pantry. A perfect side dish , I love to have this with dal chawal.

Potatoes - 3 large
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
Salt
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Garam masala powder - 1 tsp
Oil - 2 tbsps
Few coriander leaves chopped
Instructions
Peel the potato skin and sliced them into rounds.
In a bowl add the sliced potatoes, salt to taste, turmeric powder and the ginger garlic paste. Mix them well. Cover and keep aside for few mins.
Heat oil in a pan. Add the cumin seeds and let it turn brown.
Now add the marinated potatoes and cook on high heat for 5 mins. Reduce the heat to medium and cook for further 10 mins.
Next add the garam masala powder, mix well and cook for another 5 mins in high heat.
Add chopped coriander leaves, mix well and take off the heat.
