tbsp.sumac powder
Salt and pepper to taste

chilli powder

potato thinly sliced and soaked in salted water

tablespoon
fresh amul cream

tablespoon
processed cheese

tablespoon
mashed potato lump free

tablespoon
chopped parsley + Few sprigs of parsley for garnishing
Few cherry tomato for garnishing
Instructions
On a non stick greased pan . Set a round ring.In this ring arranged sliced potato.sprinkle salt pepper and some sumac powder
Boil water in.a sauce pan once it comes to boil , add cous cous and put on the lid for 15 mins or till.cous cous absorb all water
Now when cous cous absorbs all water separate it with fork
Now in a bowl add boiled potato. Cooked cous cous , Cream, cheese, chopped parsley, Salt and pepper and mix well
Now set this mixture over potato slices.
Now cook on low flame for 20-25 mins
After its done, invert pan on serving plate .
Garnish with parsley sprigs and few cherry tomatoes and serve .
Notes
Cook on low flame otherwise potato.slice will burn .
Let cous cous absorb all water and then proceed with the recipe
