large bitter gourd
Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
Red Chilly powder - 1 tbsp
Garam masala powder - ½ tsp
Cumin powder - ¼ tsp
Coriander powder - ¼ tsp
Salt
Oil for frying
Instructions
Wash the bitter gourd and thinly slice them into rounds.
Add salt l, mix well and rub the bitter gourd nicely for few mins. Rinse with water and drain nicely.
Take all the masala ingredients mentioned above in a mixing bowl and mix well.
Add the thinly sliced bitter gourd and gently rub them together.
Heat oil in a pan. When oil is hot, reduce the heat and fry the bitter gourd till crisp and slightly golden.
