lemon juice

Instructions
To make dough add all ingredients listed for dough and form a smooth dough
Roll parathas
Cook in tawa with some oil on both sides
For filling heat oil in a pan. add potatoes and cook for 4-5 minutes.
Add all masalas, lemon juice and chopped coriander cook for 5 more minutes.
Place some potatoes over a paratha and roll tightly.
