Instructions
Make a dough with adding refine flour, semolina, butter and sprinkle water as required.
Spread the dough, wrap around the muffin cups then bake in preheated oven at 170 degree Celsius for 20 minutes. Handle also twisting the dough.
Take a serving plate, arrange with all assorted ingredients.
Spread beaten curd, next grated cucumber, grated boiled beetroot then grapes. Put the basket on the top.
Fill with boiled potato cubes and papri. Sprinkle with black salt, chat masala, black pepper
Garnish with sweet chutney and coconut sugar.
Notes
When you start eating, break the basket mix the papri. Then you will feel the cryspy chat.
