Dry roast sooji rava and set aside.
In another pan add ghee and grated carrot for 5 min.
After add milk and cook well till carrot became soft.
Now add sooji and milkmaid mix well.after add little by little milk powder,cardamom powder.
Mi well and form a smooth dough.now add dry fruits.apply gheee in hands and roll the dough into small balls.yummy tasy healthy carrot milky ladoo is ready
