Ingredients
  

  • Zucchini – 1
  • Potato – 1 Large
  • Ghee/Oil – to shallow fry
  • Salt
  • Green Chilies – 2 finely chopped

Instructions
 

  • Boil the potato after peeling it until tender 
  • Refrigerate the boiled potato until chilled.
  • Grate the potato.
  • Grate the zucchini without peeling. Sprinkle little salt and keep it aside for 10-15 mins. 
  • Squeeze out the excess water with your hands.
  • In a bowl add grated zucchini, potato, salt, green chilies. Mix well. 
  • Grease the palm of your hands and take bits of mixture and roll to form patties.
  • Shallow fry the patties until they are golden brown.
  • Serve with cucumber & carrot yogurt dipping.
