Ingredients
- Zucchini – 1
- Potato – 1 Large
- Ghee/Oil – to shallow fry
- Salt
- Green Chilies – 2 finely chopped

Instructions
- Boil the potato after peeling it until tender
- Refrigerate the boiled potato until chilled.
- Grate the potato.
- Grate the zucchini without peeling. Sprinkle little salt and keep it aside for 10-15 mins.
- Squeeze out the excess water with your hands.
- In a bowl add grated zucchini, potato, salt, green chilies. Mix well.
- Grease the palm of your hands and take bits of mixture and roll to form patties.
- Shallow fry the patties until they are golden brown.
- Serve with cucumber & carrot yogurt dipping.
