Ingredients & Quantity
  • Boiled Pasta – 2 Cups (add some salt and oil while boiling)
  • Onions – 2 (Chopped)
  • Tomatoes – 6 (Chopped)
  • Zucchini – 1 (cut into strips)
  • Carrot – 2 (cut into strips)
  • Green Chilies – 3 slit
  • Dried Oregano – ½ tsp
  • Dried Basil – ½ tsp
  • Black Pepper Powder – to taste
  • Salt – to taste
  • Olive Oil – 2 ½ tbsp
  • Sugar – ½ tsp
How to cook?
  1. Heat 1 ½ tbsp oil in a pan and add onions and sauté it till it turns golden.  
  2. Add chopped tomatoes, salt, dried oregano, dried basil, black pepper powder and mix well. Let the tomatoes cook until they become pasty.
  3. Now add sugar and mix it. Tomato sauce is ready. Keep it aside.
  4. Heat 1 tbsp oil in another pan. Add zucchini, carrot, salt, green chilies and mix well. 
  5. Add boiled pasta, mix well and sauté it for 2-3 mins.
  6. For Serving: In a plate add pasta and pour tomato sauce over it.
