Yogurt- Herb Cheese

  • 1 Kg fat free naturally Yogurt
  • 2 garlic cloves finely chopped
  • 1 tsp chopped basil
  • 1 tsp fresh oregano
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme herb
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper for tatse
  • coriander for garnishing


  • Spoon the Yogurt into a piece of muslin, then tie the cloth into a ball with string and allow yogurt to drip over the Kitchen sink for 4-5 hours._x000D_ Remove Yogurt from muslin and transfer to a bowl. Stir in the remaining ingredients. Cover and chill for 1-2 hours before serving.
