  • 1 Kg Yogurt fat free naturally
  • 2 cloves Garlic finely chopped
  • 1 tsp Basil chopped
  • 1 tsp Oregano fresh
  • 1 tsp Thyme or herb fresh herb
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • Pepper or salt salt and for tatse

Instructions
 

  • Spoon the Yogurt into a piece of muslin, then tie the cloth into a ball with string and allow yogurt to drip over the Kitchen sink for 4-5 hours._x000D_ Remove Yogurt from muslin and transfer to a bowl. Stir in the remaining ingredients. Cover and chill for 1-2 hours before serving.
