Ingredients
- 1 Kg fat free naturally Yogurt
- 2 garlic cloves finely chopped
- 1 tsp chopped basil
- 1 tsp fresh oregano
- 1 tsp fresh thyme herb
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- salt and pepper for tatse
- coriander for garnishing

Instructions
- Spoon the Yogurt into a piece of muslin, then tie the cloth into a ball with string and allow yogurt to drip over the Kitchen sink for 4-5 hours._x000D_ Remove Yogurt from muslin and transfer to a bowl. Stir in the remaining ingredients. Cover and chill for 1-2 hours before serving.
