Ingredients
  

  • 10-15 big size leaves
  • 1 cup mashed potatoes
  • 1 cup grated paneer
  • 2 teaspoon couscous paste
  • Chopped fresh coriander leaves
  • Chopped fresh chilli
  • 1 cup rice powder
  • Oil as required
  • Salt

Instructions
 

  • Wash all leaves, leaves should be dry padding with kitchen towel. Leaves brush with oil.

  • Now make the filling. Take a add oil, couscous paste, mashed potatoes and salt.
  • Sauteed till dry then add paneer, green chilli and fresh coriander.

  • Now make a paste of rice powder and salt.
  • Wrap all leaves with the filling. Just touch the paste and shallow fry.
  • Leaves should be visible. Serve with steam rice or snacks.

Soft inside crispy outside.
