I always do experiment, I tried first time chutney with wood apple (bale). Really it was very good in taste. As we know wood apple benefits for stomach and digestive system. It has laxative properties which helps in constipation. Overall it is known as a good remedy.

Ingredients
- 1/2 wood apple scooped
- 2 Green Chillies
- 4-5 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp cumin seed roasted
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice
- 2 to 3 mint leaves
- Salt to taste

Instructions
- Break and scoop the pulp, remove the seeds.
- Make a paste adding green chilies, raw garlic, roasted cumin seeds, pink salt and mint leaves.
- Add lemon juice to the paste then mix evenly and start eating. Just a few minutes it will be finished.
