My idea.. wheat is more than enough to satisfy your desires of hunger and nutrition . This time I've decided to take it all to a next level and use a whole lot of veggies along with the all time spices . Serve this along with the coleslaw salad or enjoy it as it is . Either way you'll not regret it.

  • In the warm milk , add the yeast and set aside . In a large bowl , add the flour , salt , black pepper , garlic , bellpeppers , carrots , peas , sesame seeds and black seeds along with oil and coriander and parsley and give it all a good mix .
  • With the help of your hands , knead the dough with the yeast milk and set it to rise in a warm place for about an hour .

  • In the meanwhile , prepare the loaf pan by greasing it. When the dough is done , put it into the greased loaf pan and spread it out evenly .
  • Let this sit in a warm place for a second round of rising for about 20 mins . In the meanwhile , preheat the oven to 180°.
  • Bake this bread for about 20 - 25 mins or till well baked through.Cut through the bread only after it has completely cooled down to get perfect slices .

  • For a glaze , brush some butter over the surface. Serve it with salads or enjoy alongside soups. Or with coleslaw salad as i did.
