If your kids demanding for pasta and it is not with you. Lockdown period is running no one can go out so what is the solution. As we know whole wheat flour is far better than all purpose flour. Make instant pasta at your kitchen with wheat flour. Let your kids have healthy recipe. Pasta means lot of white sauce and creamy texture. Right now I don't have white sauce even then it was tasty. - Take wheat flour and make a dough then cut diagonally.
- Boil water add little salt and little oil. So your pasta will not stick with each other. Add the wheat ribbon into boiling water batch by batch.
- With in five minutes it will be ready then strain water. Heat a pan add 1 tbsp oil then stir fry chopped garlic and onion. Then add green vegetables cook until soft but crunchy.
- Now add the cooked pasta, red curry paste and salt. Combine all ingredients and serve with cheese, black pepper, dried basil and smoked paprika.
