Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup Whole Wheat Flour
- 1 1/2 tbsp Yeast
- 1 tsp Salt or as per taste
- 3/4 cup Warm Milk th
- 1 tbsp Black Pepper Powder
- 1/4 cup Oil th
- 1 tbsp Sesame Seeds
- 1 tbsp Blackseeds blackseeds
- 1/4 cup Th Cup Bellpeppers ; Finely Chopped th bellpeppers finely chopped
- 1/4 cup Carrot th finely chopped
- 1/4 cup Beans th finely chopped
- 1/4 cup Peas th slightly mashed
- 2-3 cloves Garlic minced
- 4 tbsp Butter

Instructions
- To the warm milk add in the yeast and set aside to bubble up in a warm place . Mix up all the ingredients in a large bowl .
- Using the milk , knead the dough till everything is well done and set it aside in a warm place to rest for about an hour .
- Once done , start by dividing the dough into equal portions . With this recipe , you can make out 15 (or can vary depending upon the size) .
- Now with each portion , make out ovals of equal thickness , make sure to take care to be gentle .
- When all the ovals are moulded , set them in a warm place preferably for a second round of rising for about 20 mins .
- Tava fry these on medium to high heat with some butter . Serve with your favourite curries or enjoy with some plain butter .
