Ingredients & Quantity
  • Wheat flour 1 large cup
  • Semolina 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chili powder 2 tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • Chopped green chili 2 no
  • Chopped coriander 1 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • Finely chopped onion 2 tbsp
  • 1 Boiled and grated potato
  • Garam masala powder 1/4 tsp
  • Oil or butter as required
How to cook?
  1. Combine all ingredients and mix well. instead of oil and make a thick batter.
  2. Fry slowly in butter in a heavy skillet until brown and crisp.
  3. serve hot with green chutney or pickle .
