"Watermelon and Tomato Gazpacho"!!! Gazpacho or Andalusian Gazpacho is a cold soup made of raw blended vegetables. A classic of Spanish cuisine, it originated in the southern region of Andalusia. Ingredients
- 1 bowl Watermelon chopped
- 1 Tomato chopped roughly
- 2 pod garlic finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon black pepper crushed
- 1 slice brown chopped roughly
- 1 tbsp mint fresh
- 1/4 tbsp basil
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- Black salt as per taste

Instructions
- Put chopped watermelon, Tomato, mint leaves, basil, brown bread and rock salt and blend until smooth
- Transfer the mixture to mixing bowl, add crushed black pepper and mix well
- Serve the cold soup in soup bowl, garnish with olive oil infused with garlic and few mint leaves!
