An easy and tasty recipe that uses Left-over rice in an innovative way.

Ingredients
- 1 cup rice leftover
- Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon red chilli powder
- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric
- 7-8 curry leaves fresh
- 1 teaspoon oil
- 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
- 3-4 cloves garlic minced.

Instructions
- Heat the oil in a kadai.
- Fry the garlic lightly. Add the mustard seeds and curry leaves.
- When they splutter, add the haldi and red chilli powder.
- Add little salt as per preference. Add rice and toss well.
- Serve hot with cool curd and roasted papad.
Notes
Tastes best only with left over rice and not fresh made one.
