Vermicilli Stuffed Pasta Shells In Saffron Sauce

Ingredients
- 4-5 jumbo pasta shells
- 1/4 cup roasted vermicilli
- Sugar as per taste
- 1 cup full fat milk
- 1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 4-5 saffron stands
- 1 tsp clarified butter
- Salt half tsp
Instructions
- First take 2 tsp hot milk and put saffron stands into milk and keep this aside for 10 minutes .
- Now in a pot take 1 cup full fat milk and boil it .stir continues and cook it until milk starts thicken , now add condensed milk and saffron flavour milk. Mix all ingredients well . Turn of the gas. Saffron sauce is ready,keep this aside.
- Now in a pan add 1 tap clarified butter , add roasted vermicilli , stir it . Now add half cup water amd sugar acvording to your taste .cook until water is evoparated and vermicilli becomes soft. Keep this aside.
- Boil jumbo pasta shells in a salted water until Al Dante. Drain out water and keep pasta shells aside .
- Now take pasta shells and stuff it with cooked vermicilli and pour saffron sauce on it . Vermicilli stuffed pasta shells in saffron sauce ready to serve . Serve immidietly .
