Generally we know that the biryani made by rice. It can be veg or non-veg. Here I used vermicelli instead of rice. It is different taste.

Ingredients
- 1 bowl Vermicelli
- 1 bowl Jackfruit
- 1/2 cup Onion Paste
- 1 tsp Ginger Paste
- 1 tsp Garlic Paste
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 2 Biryani Masala
- Fried Onion
- 2 tsp Milk soaked kaiser
- 1/2 cup Curd
- cashews
- Raisins
- 2 tsp Desi Ghee
- Oil as required
- 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
- Silver Foil

Instructions
- Take a frying pan add oil fry jackfruit keep separate. Now in the same pan add onion paste, ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder. Stir fry till brown then add jackfruit and salt.
- Add biryani masala curd and fried onion. Mix well sprinkle with water and cook.
- Another pan add ghee fry vermicelli and keep separate. Another pan and water and whole spice boil for 2 minutes. Add fried vermicelli boil for 2 minutes. Mix cooked jackfruit, cashew nuts raisins and Kaiser milk. Serve with silver foil.
