Veggies tikki: Most of the vegetables are low in fat and calories. Vegetables are rich in necessary vitamins and variety in bulk in our meals feel satisfied. Here I made tikki with mixed veggies. You can serve your children and other family members when they feel hungry.

Ingredients
- 1 bowl vegetables mixed
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1 tsp Chaat Masala
- 1 tsp cumin powder roasted
- 1 Green Chillies Chopped
- 1/2 bunch Coriander Chopped
- 2 tbsp Oil for shallow fry
- 2 tsp Salt as per taste

Instructions
- Boil and grate the veggies, keep separate.
- Mix the grated veggies with salt, chat masala, roasted cumin powder, chopped green chillies and coriander leaves.
- Take a handful mixed veggies, give it a round patty shape, coat with oats and shallow fry.
- Serve hot with sauce or chutney.
