It is very easy breakfast made by flat rice and vegetables. Sometimes when I am in hurry I do this type of easy breakfast.

Ingredients
- 1 bowl flat rice
- 1 bowl mixed vegetables
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- 1 tbsp mustard oil
- 2 teaspoon mint chutney
- Salt

Instructions
- Make a paste with mint, salt, green chillies and lemon juice and keep aside.
- Take some chop vegetables and stir fry with salt and garam masala. Add washed flat rice.
- Add mixed paste and mix together. Ready to serve your breakfast.
