It is very easy breakfast made by flat rice and vegetables. Sometimes when I am in hurry I do this type of easy breakfast.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 bowl flat rice
  • 1 bowl mixed vegetables
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala
  • 1 tbsp mustard oil
  • 2 teaspoon mint chutney
  • Salt

Instructions
 

  • Make a paste with mint, salt, green chillies and lemon juice and keep aside.

  • Take some chop vegetables and stir fry with salt and garam masala. Add washed flat rice.

  • Add mixed paste and mix together. Ready to serve your breakfast.
