Vegetable Pancake

About Vegetable Pancake
Kids are picky about eating food. Making food which is nutritious healthy and loved by their taste buds is challenging. My friends and me, we are always in one topic that our kids don't like vegetables at all. If my son see any vegetables in any food he will just pick it up. As my son love to eat pancakes I blend vegetables and made pancake which he gobbled happily. It is a easy recipe for weekend breakfast or brunch.
