Gram Flour Oats Pancakes are very healthy, nutritious and healthy recipe which is my favourite. These act as good filler and you can have them for breakfast, lunch or even dinner. A wholesome recipe!!!

Ingredients
- 1 cup Gram Flour
- 1/2 cup Roasted Oats
- 1/2 cup Onions chopped (quantity can vary)
- 1/2 cup Capsicum chopped (quantity can vary)
- 1/2 cup Carrots chopped (quantity can vary)
- 1 tsp Ginger Garlic chopped
- 1 teaspoon Salt or as per Taste
- 1 teaspoon Red chili powder

Instructions
- Prepare a batter of gram flour with water. Add roasted oats along with all other vegetable and spices.
- Heat a non-stick pan and grease with little oil, Pour the prepared batter to make small pancakes. Cook it till crisp from both sides.
- Serve hot crispy pancakes with tomato ketchup, curd or coriander chutney.
