Gram Flour Oats Pancakes are very healthy, nutritious and healthy recipe which is my favourite. These act as good filler and you can have them for breakfast, lunch or even dinner. A wholesome recipe!!!

Ingredients for Vegetable Oats Pancakes

  • Gram Flour/ Besan - 1 cup
  • Roasted Oats - 1/2 cup
  • Chopped Onions, Capsicum, Carrots- 1/2 cup each (quantity can vary)
  • Chopped Ginger Garlic- 1 tsp
  • Salt, Red chilli powder - As per Taste

How to cook Vegetable Oats Pancakes

  1. Prepare a batter of gram flour with water. Add roasted oats along with all other vegetable and spices.
  2. Heat a non-stick pan and grease with little oil, Pour the prepared batter to make small pancakes. Cook it till crisp from both sides.
  3. Serve hot crispy pancakes with tomato ketchup, curd or coriander chutney.
