About this Recipe

Vegetable Hot Dog is a wholesome breakfast or a snack recipe which can be best served with any kind of soup. Veg hot dog can be packed for kids lunch box or picnics as well.

Ingredients & Quantity
  • Hot dog buns - 4 pcs
  • Boiled potatoes - 3-4 pcs
  • Cream/ Malai - 1/2 cup
  • Grated Cucumber, Carrot - 1 pcs each
  • Chopped onions - 1/2 cup
  • Peas - 1/4 cup
  • Peanuts - 1/4 cup
  • Refined flour - 1 tbsp
  • Bread Crumbs - 1 cup
  • Salt, Garam Masala, Black pepper, Red chilli powder - As per taste
How to cook?
  1. For cutlets - Mash potatoes, add crushed peas, crushed peanuts, refined flour, all spices along with 1 tsp oil. Mix well to prepare cylindrical cutlets.
  2. In cream, add grated cucumber, carrots, onions. Remove extra water from all the vegetables. Add salt and black pepper. Once cutlets are ready, coat with a batter of refined flour and water. Then coat with bread crumbs. Shallow fry or deep fry the
