Vegetable Daliya(broken Wheat) Kababs

In this recipe I have used broken wheat which are good in proteins an I have used vegetables which makes the kababs tastes awesome

Ingredients
- 1 cup broken wheatdaliya
- Salt
- Few chopped coriander leaves
- 1 carrot finely chopped
- 4 beans finely chopped
- 1/2 slab panneer
- 1 cube cheese grated
- 1 teaspoon chat masala pd
- 1 teaspoon garam masala pd
- 1 tablespoon cornflour
- 1 tablespoon rice flour
- Oil for frying

Instructions
- Soak broken wheat in water for half an hour. Then in another bowl add smashed panneer, vegetables,daliya (broken wheat squeeze them),then add salt , garam masala pd,chat masala pd,salt an mix well
- Then add cornflour,rice flour , vegetables , coriander leaves an mix well ,then give a shape of kababs an deep fry it
Notes
If you want to add potatoes to this mixture you can add an you can even add soya nuggets . In place of frying you can shallow fry it.
