Ingredients
- Semolina 1 cup
- Chopped capsicum ½ bowl
- Chopped carrot ½ bowl
- Chopped onion 2-4 tsp
- Chopped green chilli-1/2 tsp
- Chopped green coriander-2tsp
- Salt
- Curd 3tsp
- Oil 5-6 tbsp
- Egg 2
- Red chilly powder ½ Tsp
- Mayonnaise For decoration

- First of all take a pan add semolina and roast it about ten min on slow flame. Take a big bowl add roasted semolina, add chopped capsicum, chopped carrot, chopped onion, coriander and green chilly add salt and red chili powder.
- Add egg and mix it properly. Now add curd and water till the consistency of a pan cake batter not much thick or thin. It can easily spread on the pan. Rest it for 10-15 min.
- Take a pan spread the oil and make pan cake. cook it both side 5-10 min. Cut pan cake and with the help of circular mold cut it in round shape and again cook it till crisp . Make 4-5 like that.
- Now take serving plate put a pan cake then mayonnaise and again put a pan cake and then again mayonnaise. You can use green chutney between the layer.
- Serve veg semolina pan cake with creamy mayonnaise and garnish with mint leaf.
