  • Boiled Pasta 3 Cups Add 1 tbsp oil, and some salt while boiling
  • Carrot – 2 sliced
  • Bell Pepper ½ Cup you can add red, green, orange bell pepper whatever you like
  • Onion – 1 chopped and fried in 1 tbsp oil
  • Green Beans ¼ Cup chopped
  • Olive Oil 2 tbsp
  • Basil ½ tsp
  • Pasta Sauce ½ Cup
  • Salt
  • Green Chilies 3 slit
  • Red Chilli Flakes to taste
  • Sugar ½ tsp
  • Mozzarella Cheese ½ Cup Grated


  • Heat oil in a pan and add vegetables and saute until they are nearly tender.
  • Add fried onion, red chilli flakes, basil, pasta sauce and cook for few minutes on medium heat.
  • Now add boiled pasta. Mix well and stir it for 2-3 mins.
  • Once it is done transfer the pasta into a microwave saved bowl. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over it and microwave it for 2-3 mins.


Tip – You can add and replace any vegetable of your choice.
