  • 3 cup Pasta add 1 tbsp oil, and some salt while boiling boiled
  • 2 Carrot sliced â
  • cup Bell Pepper you can add red, green, orange bell pepper whatever you like ½
  • 1 Onion chopped and fried in 1 tbsp oil â
  • cup Green Beans chopped ¼
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • tsp Basil ½
  • cup Pasta Sauce ½
  • 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
  • 3 Green Chillies slit
  • to Chilli flakes taste
  • tsp Sugar ½
  • cup Mozzarella Cheese grated ½


  • Heat oil in a pan and add vegetables and saute until they are nearly tender.
  • Add fried onion, red chilli flakes, basil, pasta sauce and cook for few minutes on medium heat.
  • Now add boiled pasta. Mix well and stir it for 2-3 mins.
  • Once it is done transfer the pasta into a microwave saved bowl. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over it and microwave it for 2-3 mins.

Recipe Notes

Tip – You can add and replace any vegetable of your choice.
