Ingredients
- Boiled Pasta 3 Cups Add 1 tbsp oil, and some salt while boiling
- Carrot – 2 sliced
- Bell Pepper ½ Cup you can add red, green, orange bell pepper whatever you like
- Onion – 1 chopped and fried in 1 tbsp oil
- Green Beans ¼ Cup chopped
- Olive Oil 2 tbsp
- Basil ½ tsp
- Pasta Sauce ½ Cup
- Salt
- Green Chilies 3 slit
- Red Chilli Flakes to taste
- Sugar ½ tsp
- Mozzarella Cheese ½ Cup Grated

Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan and add vegetables and saute until they are nearly tender.
- Add fried onion, red chilli flakes, basil, pasta sauce and cook for few minutes on medium heat.
- Now add boiled pasta. Mix well and stir it for 2-3 mins.
- Once it is done transfer the pasta into a microwave saved bowl. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over it and microwave it for 2-3 mins.
Notes
Tip – You can add and replace any vegetable of your choice.
