Ingredients
- 1 Cucumbers sliced
- 1 Onions
- 2 Tomato
- 1 Beetroot or potatoes bolied and sliced and potatoes
- 1 Capsicum finely chopped
- 6 slices Brown Bread
- 1-2 tbsp Butter
- 1-2 tbsp Processed Cheese grated
- 1 tbsp Coriander
- 1 tsp Garlic flakes
- 1-2 Green Chillies
- 3-4 tbsp Chana Dal or peanuts, roasted
- 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
- 1 tsp Chaat Masala

Green chutney recipe
- Grind all the ingredients; Coriander leaves, garlic flakes, green chillies (I make the chutney quite spicy), roasted chana dal or peanuts, salt together to make a thick chutney.
Sandwiches
- Butter a slice of bread. Layer a generous amount of chutney
- Sprinkle some chaat masala
- First layer slices of potatoes, then cucumbers, tomatoes, capsicum and finally the beetroot
- Sprinkle again the chaat masala and spread grated cheese generously
- Seal with another slice of bread layered with butter and chutney
- Place them in a grill toaster. Toast for about 5-7 mins till cheese melts and the bread is crisp.
