Ingredients
- 1 cup Rawa
- 2 1/2 cup Water
- 1 Onion roughly chopped
- 1 leaves Curry spring
- 2 piece Green Chillies cut into
- 15 Peanuts nos
- 1/4 tsp Cumin Seed
- 1/2 tsp Mustard Seeds
- 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
- 2 tbsp Coriander roughly chopped
- 3 tbsp Oil

Instructions
- Heat oil in wok and crackle cumin seeds n mustard seeds when seeds stop crackling, add peanuts, curry leaves n green chilies and saute for 20-30 seconds.
- Add onion saute for minute on low flame.
- Add salt n mix really well.
- Add semolina n water. Mix it well n cook till it done.
- Add coriander leaves n mix it. Upma is ready to serve.
- Serve this delicious healthy upma with your fav chutney.
Recipe Notes
U can also add turmeric powder with salt. This will give nice yellowish color.
