  • 2 tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 1 cup Almonds
  • 4 cup Water
  • 4-5 Dates pitted
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 4 Oranges peeled and deseeded
  • 4 Kiwis peeled and crushed


  • Soak almonds overnight
  • Grind soaked almonds with water, vanilla extract and dates
  • Extract almond milk using seive or muslin cloth
  • Add chia seeds to the milk and keep it aside for 10 minutes
  • Meanwhile arrange the mentioned fruits
  • In a glass add kiwis and then top it with almond chia pudding and top it again with oranges
  • Serve it cold with any other fruit toppings of your choice
