It is a Chinese starter . In this I have used tri color that is our national flag by using tri colors that is for orange color I have used carrots juice for making the dough , white is as usual an for green color I have used the green paste that is the coriander leaves paste . In Chinese dishes we mainly use 3 C's that is capsicum, cabbage,carrots without this the dish is incomplete

  • In a kadai add oil add chopped carrots, spring onions, capsicum, cabbage fry nicely till soft . Then add soya sauce,chilli sauce,salt an pepper an fry nicely till soft an keep it too cool
  • In another bowl add refined flour ,add salt an make a dough with the help of the carrots juice an wrap it with a wet muslin cloth an keep aside for an hour or two
  • In another bowl add refined flour add salt an make a dough with water an wrap it with muslin cloth an keep aside for an hour or two
  • In another bowl add refined flour add salt an the green paste an make a dough with little water an wrap it up with muslin cloth and keep it aside for about an hour or two
  • Then take out a small piece of dough an roll it like roti shape . Divide it into 4 pieces . Then take the small divided piece add the stuffing in the center an give a shape of a wontons an see that the sides should be sealed properly.
  • Make each wontons with different color what you have used orange ,white an green an deep fry it till crispy
  • In another pan add oil fry chopped garlic,green chillies, spring onions then add the tomato sauce fry nicely then add water an add chilli sauce,salt an mix well. Serve this with wontons

Recipe Notes

In this stuffing you can used non veg like chicken,meat etc. If you don’t want to use tri colors you can make it plain white . If you don’t want deep fried you can steam it like Momo’s an enjoy eating
