  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • Jeera cumin1/2 tbs
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • 1 tbsp Ginger chopped
  • 1 Tomato chopped
  • 1 cup Peas
  • 1 cubes Tofu in
  • 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
  • 1 tbsp Turmeric
  • 1 tbsp red chili powder
  • 1 tbsp Garam Masala
  • 1 tbsp Kasuri methi


  • Heat oil in cooker,and put cumin
  • Add ginger n fry till brown
  • Add onion n fry till golden brown
  • Add tomatoes and all spice (haldi,red chilli powder) mix well n cook
  • Add tofu and peas,cook for 3 min
  • Add water as u want,and close the cooker
  • Cook for 5 min
  • After it, let wait for 3 min
  • Open the cooker and add kasoori methi and garam masala
