Ingredients
 

  • 150 gm Tofu
  • Capsicum carrot,beans,cabbage-2tbsp finely chopped
  • 2 chopped Green Chillies
  • 1 small Oinon-1Small Finely Chopped oinon finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp Corn Flour
  • 1 tsp Batter or oil oil for
  • leaves Corriander Leaves corriander
  • 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
  • 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
  • Bread Crumbs as required
  • Oil for fry

Instructions
 

  • Crumble the tofu.add all the ingredients including 1tbsp cornflour. Add 1rsp oil. Make small balls flatten it. Mix cornflour in water. Dip balls in it then coat with breadcrumbs. Heat oil fry till brown Eat hot with chutney or sauce
