As we know tofu is made from soya bean which is rich in protein..

Ingredients
  

  • Tofu-150gm
  • Capsicum carrot,beans,cabbage-2tbsp finely chopped
  • Green chilli-2chopped
  • Oinon-1small finely chopped
  • Cornflour-1 +1tbsp
  • Oil for batter-1tsp
  • Corriander leaves
  • Garam masala -1/2tsp
  • Salt
  • Bread crumbs as required
  • Oil for fry

Instructions
 

  • Crumble the tofu.add all the ingredients including 1tbsp cornflour. Add 1rsp oil. Make small balls flatten it. Mix cornflour in water. Dip balls in it then coat with breadcrumbs. Heat oil fry till brown Eat hot with chutney or sauce
