Paneer recipe with a difference !

Ingredients & Quantity
  • 250gms. Paneer (Cottage Cheese)
  • 2 tbsp Chaat Masala
  • 4 tbsp All-purpose flour(Maida)
  • 2 tbsp Sesame seeds (white)
  • 2 tbsp Semolina ( Sooji/Rava)
  • 2-3 garlic pods(crushed)
  • Chillipowder/ Salt according to taste
  • 1/2 cupof bread crumbs
  • Pinch of orange color

How to cook?
  1. Cut Paneer into small cubes, sprinkle salt and chat masala and keep it aside
  2. 2. Mix All-purpose flour (maida), 2-3 crushed pods for garlic, Chili flakes, Salt in a bowl and add water to make it a consistent paste just like dosa batter.
  3. Mix bread crumbs and sesame seeds, semolina and pinch of orange food color to the batter mentioned above
  4. Dip Paneer cubes into this batter and fry it on tawa slowly (this would help to avoid deep frying) and hence is better for health
  5. Garnish it with green chillies/coriander leaves and sprinkled sesame seeds.
