This dish is a melting pot of flavors: A sauce that contains Sweetness from the pineapple, Tangy taste  from the lemon grass, earthiness and aroma from the spices combined with mushrooms which sucks in all these flavors resulting in a juicy mouth-watering delicacy.

Ingredients
- 200 gms button mushrooms
- Pineapple juice/squash – 3 tbsps
- Lemon grass – 1-2 leaves
- Green/Yellow/Red Capsicum julienne cut – 100 gms (Optional)
- Black Peppercorns crushed – ½ tsp
- Salt
- Garam Masala – ½ tsp
- Dhania Powder – ½ tsp
- Cornflour – 1 tsp
- Cinnamon stick – 1-2
- Finely chopped garlic – 2 tsp
- Olive oil – 2 tbsp
- Dry Red chilli – 1
- Water – 100 ml

Instructions
- Wash and clean the mushrooms nicely. Mix the chopped capsicum, garlic, pineapple juice/squash, crushed peppercorns, Garam Masala, Dhania (Coriander) Powder and leave aside to marinate for 30 mins in a covered bowl.
- Heat olive oil in a pan ââ¬â add the cinnamon stick and red chilli and cook for about a minute.
- Add the marinated mixture and cook in a medium flame for about 5-6 mins, stirring continuously.
- Add water, cornflour and lemon grass and cook for another 3-4 mins.
- Serve hot with white rice.
