About Tasty Pears
These pears are little bit sour. I have given a twist in this recipe to make it more tasty. I added boiled chana and minimum masala. Then it is become a good snacks.

Ingredients
- 4 Pears medium size
- ½ cup Chana boiled
- ½ tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tsp Ginger chopped
- 1 tsp Coriander Powder
- 1 tsp Oil
- 2-3 Green Chillies or as per taste
- 2-3 leaves curry leaves
- 1-2 tsp Himalayan Pink Salt or as per taste

Instructions
- Peel off the pears then cut in pieces. Heat oil add chopped ginger, raw turmeric, coriander powder and pears
- Stir for a few minutes add salt then cook with cover. Add green chillies and curry leaves.
