Ingredients for Tart With Egg

  • 1 bowl all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup finely chopped carrot
  • 1 cup finely chopped cabbage
  • 1 bowl mashed potatoes
  • 1 tsp black pepper crushed
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsp mixed herbs
  • 1/2 cup tomato puree
  • 2 eggs
  • Red bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup spinach paste
  • Mozzarella cheese

How to cook Tart With Egg

  1. Take a mixing bowl add refine flour, baking powder, melted butter and spinach paste. Make a dough and keep aside.
  2. Take a frying pan heat and add butter, finely cabbage, carrot tomato puree and salt. Saute add black pepper, lemon juice and mixed herbs.
  3. Now take a mold brush with butter and spread spinach dough into the mold. Base prick with fork. Bake in a preheated oven at 170 degree celsius for ten minutes.
  4. Now take out the mold brush with butter and spread mashed potatoes sprinkle with black pepper and salt. Then fill with cooked vegetables. Cover with mozzarella cheese. Spread with raw eggs, red bell pepper and spinach dough strips.
  5. Again bake for ten minutes. Now ready to serve.
