About this Recipe

Taroi is green vegetables, which has calcium and other minerals.

Ingredients & Quantity
  • Taroi 250gms
  • Coconut and poppy seeds paste half cup
  • Mustered sauce 1/4cup, green chilli paste 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste, onion seeds 1/2 tsp
How to cook?
  1. Taroi should be cut in longitudinal. Oil should be mustered.
  2. Add oil in a heated frying pan. Add onion seeds and add taroi and salt. Let it soft.
  3. Now add other ingredients coconut and poppy seeds paste green chilli paste salt
  4. When it will cooked add mustered sauce. Now ready to serve.
