Baby Corn and Mushroom is a great combination for starters …This simple to make and easy to intake(in stomach) recipe will be the hot talk in your parties
1 Packet of Baby Corn ( 7-8 Cobs)
1 Packet of Button Mushroom
2 tbs Butter
Few Cloves of garlic
2 teaspoon Cornflour
4 tablespoon Lemon juice
Pinch of White Pepper
Salt according to taste
Parsely for decoration
1. Preparation of Lemon Sauce
Heat Butter in the pan
Mince garlic as small as possible and put it in the butter and saute it till it turns light golden in color.
Add Cornflour in cold water and mix it properly to avoid any granules formation
put this in the pan and let it simmer for few mins.
Add extracted Lemon juice and let it cool down
Your lemon sauce is ready.
Prepare Mushroom and Baby Corn
Clean and remove skin of Mushroom
Cut ends of Baby corn
Add White pepper and salt and keep it aside for 10 mins
Heat Butter in Pan
Put Marinated Baby Corn and Mushroom , add Lemon Sauce
Let it cook till all the water vaporizes. Decorate it with Parsley /Mint Leaves
