Tangri means chicken legs without thighs. Chicken drumsticks are marinated in curd and spices and grilled them in oven to irresistible soft, moist, juicy and aromatic kebabs. It is a perfect appetizer or side dish. One of the most popular dish, Easy to prepare and taste delicious.

Ingredients
- 4 Drumsticks (or chicken chicken)
- 1/4 cup Curd
- 1 gm Flour
- 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tbsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp Coriander Powder
- 1 tbsp Garam Masala
- 1/4 tsp Chaat Masala
- 1/2 tsp Pepper Powder
- 1-2 tsp Salt (or as per taste)
- 2 tbsps Oil
- Onion (slit green chillies and lemon slices. garnish rings)

Instructions
- Wash the chicken drumstick, make some slashes and pat dry with kitchen towel.
- In a mixing bowl add the chicken drumsticks, 1 tbsp oil and remaining ingredients and mix them thoroughly. Keep them marinated for sometime. The longer the better.
- Preheat oven to 250° for 10 mins. Grease the grill tray. Lay the drumsticks in single layer without sticking to each other.
- Grill them for 20 mins. Flip over and smear them with oil every 5 mins.
- Reduce the temperature to 200° and grill for 10 more mins.
- Garnish with onion rings, slit green chillies and lemon slices.
